BIOGRAPHY:
Diego Antonio Fernández Montoya, known professionally as Pino Losada, is a seasoned flamenco guitarist and a member of the renowned Madrid-based artistic family “Los Losada”.
He began his training at the age of six under the guidance of his father, Diego Losada, and by fourteen was already performing in some of Madrid’s most prestigious tablaos. Just a year later, at fifteen, he joined Antonio Canales’ show Raíces, marking the beginning of a career that would see him collaborate with major figures such as Juan de Juan, Rafael Amargo, or Joaquín Cortés—with whom he performed in the acclaimed international production Soul.
He has also been part of family-led projects such as the flamenco musical Las mil y una noches and the recording of La misa flamenca, alongside celebrated artists including Potito, Guadiana, Duquende, and Diego El Cigala.
Over the course of his career, he has appeared on stage with many leading figures of flamenco dance, including Farruquito, José Maya, Alfonso Losa, Belén López, and Manuel Liñán, among many others. He is currently performing in various flamenco tablaos across the capital.
