Eva Manzano

Eva Manzano born in Granada begins her professional training with Mariquilla and Matilde Coral. She has been awarded a scholarship for several years by the prestigious Cristina Heeren Foundation of Flamenco Art in Seville. He has studied, among others, with teachers such as Angelita Vargas, Carmen Lesdesma, Milagros Menjíbar, Merche Esmeralda, Manolo Soler or ´El Mimbre´. It belonged to the Adrián Sánchez Dance Company. In addition, he has worked in renowned tablaos in Seville (La Casa de la Memoria), Granada (Tablao Albayzín, Venta del Gallo or Jardines de Zoraya) or Madrid (Torres Bermejas). In 2006 she was awarded the prize ‘Art and Creativity’ by the Hon. Baza Town Hall, Granada. Her teaching work leads her to teach all over the world; Ukraine, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Cuba and even for Le Moyne College and Syracuse University in New York.

He has just premiered one of his most avant-garde projects ´Iberofonía´ with the contemporary dancer Joana Brito and is currently part of the show ´Lorca, Flamenco Poet´ at the Cultural Flamenco de Madrid.
