Return and Refund Policy
There will be no right to a refund of the ticket price.
A change of date can be requested up to 24 hours before the start of the show.
The ticket is not nominative and is transferable.
Centro Cultural Flamenco Madrid is not responsible in case of loss, theft or misplacement of the ticket.
Centro Cultural Flamenco Madrid reserves the right to modify (date, time and artists) or cancel the scheduled show if so required by technical or artistic circumstances or for reasons of force majeure.
In the event of modification or cancellation of the show, for reasons attributable to Centro Cultural de Flamenco Madrid, the client will be entitled to a refund of the amount of his/her ticket(s).
Payments
Centro Cultural Flamenco Madrid guarantees that your online payment and shopping experience with us (www.flamencocultural.com) is secure and reliable through our payment providers.
Gift Ticket
There will be no right to a refund of the amount of the Gift Ticket.
You can request to change the date of a Gift Ticket up to 24 hours before the start of the show.
